• Brooke was the reason for the 10!!! She was very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about hair styles. She advised me how the style I was asking for would work with my hair specifically! She made professional recommendations to alter it appropriately, rather than just giving me the exact cut I asked for (knowing my hair was much different than that of the photo I gave her). She provided more information in one appointment, than a lifetime of conversations with stylists all together. After our discussion, I had complete faith in her expertise, and even fell asleep in the chair (knowing she knew exactly what she was doing)! I love my hair, and its even better than I imagined it would be! Thank you Undone, Thank you Brooke!
