• Brooke Troyer demonstrated her expertise and knowledge, with the end result of my hair being colored, cut and styled to my liking and satisfaction. I presented Brooke with a few challenges that she met and exceeded, achieving my goal of the color, the cut and style I wanted and like. Brooke also showed exemplary customer service not just with her skill level but also her personable charm and charisma. It was my first time as a client of both Undone and Brooke. I was pleased with the general appearance of the salon, the cleanliness, the personnel I encountered, and left feeling like a "MILLION" bucks. I highly recommend Undone and Brooke.
