  • I had a 4:30 appointment set for Friday. Because of a business call that went way over time, I wasn't able to get to the shop until after 5 pm. I offered to pay for that appointment and book another one but Bee was incredibly nice and understanding. I came back at 6 and got my cut. Very professional and I appreciated the understanding.
