Everything the appointment time, greeting, cleanliness, everything wonderful. The haircut for my son's first time was wonderful too. He had his hair cut by a apprentice which was a good hair cut the front of his hair wasn't cut really well so we aren't happy with that but we understand when you get a haircut by a apprentice and not a 100% professional barber that there may be some error to the cut so it's understandable. Only reason we gave it a 9
