If the technician I selected/requested happens to not be in the office/goes on last minute annual or sick leave; I should be notified and asked to switch or be able to reschedule with out finding out when I arrive & without a $50 cancellation fee. I did not think this was fair. I arrived for my appointment, Maria was leaving early, and I was not able to reschedule with her upon her return.
