• I cancelled my original appointment, which was 2 weeks ago. I scheduled an appointment with the receptionist but for some reason the appointment did not make it in the system. Even though they did not have my appointment in the system, they made an effort to fit me in to be serviced! Ultimate image is so first class! I love the time I spend with my laser tech, Katrice! She is awesome and sooooo very patient.
