• Loved how they put me right in with the class and pulled me aside for a few minutes at the beginning to see what I was able to do before I started Also loved how they made games out of the workouts and were laughing and having fun with everybody

• Amazing learning environment. Trying something new can be intimidating but the staff members were so welcoming. Definitely beginner friendly gym with plenty of support to make sure you are successful. I signed up for a 12 month membership and I'm sure I won't regret it!
