• The staff was so friendly from the moment I called to get information, great customer service when we came and checked in for the first time, the coach was super chill with my kids as it was their first time ( he instructed them a little, kept his eye on them but wasn't a drill Sargent) they were nervous but he made them feel comfortable. I was told about them available memberships without any pressure and I felt comfortable asking questions. As we were checking in the staff was so friendly to everyone as people checked in they new members by name and you could tell it was a good safe place for my kids to be dropped off at for classes.

• Coach Olivia's sharper than cheddar eyes for ensuring the little things are done form wise is what did it. It speaks volume to her care for fitness and mitigating injuries from improper form. Then the tenacity to fuel the workout made the hour fly by. It's a wonderful gym, I wish there was one closer to Jordan Landing.

• I always get a good workout in, the trainers push me to the point of vomiting, questioning why I even came to workout, and asking myself if I can even finish the workout. Then we all finish and you feel great at the end
