• Because it was a different kind of workout and it was fun especially putting gloves on with my daughter and watching my son enjoy it. It was a good sweat also Sione was a big help on me and my daughter for the first time.

• The staff were so friendly and helpful, they didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. My daughter is really shy but Coach Po'uha worked with her for one day and she is absolutely in love with boxing. I'm going to be bringing my other kids and family as well.
