• UCTC is a very welcoming place for folks of all skill levels. The class instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is also incredibly friendly.

• I love this place. I love the trainers. The atmosphere is fantastic. I love the fact that there are so many classes available. Ever since I started back in February I have seen major improvements as far my physique and my overall mental health. One of the best decisions I have made for myself was signing up.
