• Great experience. Everyone is really focused on mechanics and improving in the sport, with the workout as a byproduct. Way better than a lame jazzercise class to cheerleading music with boxing gloves on. It’s shocking how often I see that crap. You guys rock. Really opened up some of my weaknesses without requiring a one-on-one session to expose them.
