• I absolutely love the environment, there is very little ego in the people who train they're very approachable and open to teaching new comers and possibly form a genuine friendship. The instructors are top notch they are willing not just to teach the class but you as an individual as well they are super warm and welcoming. And very open to discussing the form and why movements work the way that they do. Pay them more! Definitely worth the 7 month membership and the best 175 dollars I've spent
