• The deep tissue massage was wonderful! Unfortunately, your receptionist hasn't been completely trained and it took almost half an hour for me to check out and schedule my next appointment. And there was an issue with my coupon. I was told that it didn't apply to the massage that I had, but instead to a more expensive facial, even though the coupon said "massage".

• I love going to U2. The atmosphere is always very relaxing as the spa is always spotless which is extremely important to me. They always take extra time to tell you what they are doing when providing the treatment you are receiving and why it is beneficial. I love that they use all organic products on my skin for facials. Jonnie is wonderful for massage and also very informative too.
