Mona, my vocal coach, is very positive, encouraging, and knowledgable. She is patient and supportive with every lesson. The main office is kind and helpful as well. The only reason it isn't a 10 is that some of the other instructors there can be distracting and/or disruptive. It isn't a huge problem, but a couple of times there have been issues.
