• The spa experience was amazing from the moment we stepped in! The spa/float was incredible! But I think the overall experience was pushed to a 10 bc of the girls at the buffalo speedway location! Those two were funny, helpful, and so sweet! They knew their stuff and that made us feel comfortable. They held our hands the whole way since it was our first time floating. The whole experience was so awesome! I loved the video we watched before floating and I appreciated the privacy. Also, my mom does not know how to swim, so this was the first time in her entire life that she has floated! So wonderful!

• The professionalism of the 2 young ladies who registered us. It was me and my 2 daughters and it felt like we were all a big family enjoying your facilities. The facilities were clean, great smelling. If I had any request it would be to keep music on or off.
