• Everyone needs a little "me" time every once in a while. This is so worth it. 1st time you go it's awkward and your confused. But once your done your like "wow, I need to do that again" The second time you go its magical. I feel asleep instantly and woke up so refreshed. Plus the second time you go you can start your session immediately (if available I suppose) and thats great! 10/10 reccomend, will be back for the 3rd session soon!
