So great to get a workout in. Felt so good and safe the entire time.
The workshop was more than lovely. With unexpected rain, both Jess and Jennifer handled the weather with grace and made the best of it, and literally everyone was just happy to be there. Jessica catered her flow to the elements and even though I'm not a Twist-regular, I felt part of the Twist family. This class brought me light in what feels like months of darkness ❤️
