Loved the teacher, very easy to follow and made me feel relaxed. Her version of yin is a little different than what I have done in the past but I really enjoyed it and will now be a regular!
I appreciated the zoom option, and the instructor was great!
The instructors I have had were all excellent. The studio itself is always restful and friendly. I'm very happy I joined.
