Would've preferred a little heat in the studio (not a lot, but a tiny bit)
Everyone is so friendly. The energy/vibe in there is so peaceful, relaxing, and non-judgmental. Tammi, does a great job of narrating and setting the tone. It challenging yet I always feel like I'm walking on clouds when I leave. Not to mention, I always feel and play basketball better after the class. I feel so ground and connected!
Everything about Twist Yoga is wonderful, especially the owner!!
I have already recommended twist to friends and neighbors. Several come regularly now.
