Most importantly, my teacher was fabulous. I loved the Tuesday morning 9:30 Yoga Shred. She was knowledgable, welcoming, clear with all her cues and instruction and motivating. The check-in was also smooth and no attempt to sell me. I will be back as many Tuesdays as I am in town if my body can hold up:) Thanks!
Space is good, teachers are great and Ann is awesome! 😘

Amazing staff/studio/great classes /love shred.
Twist is such a great space for a person at any skill level in their practice.
