• Since I've never been to another studio, I don't have a comparison so I yielded at 9. I felt comfortable and thought it was a nice environment.

• I love this place I haven't been there in months .. COVID hit are family hard. My mom passed Jan 2. So I was going through some things. I finally got the motivation to come in. I walk in and Amy greets me as I walk in by name. She remembered my name after all these months! I absolutely love this place. I get the best workout and feel such peace. This place is an absolute jem
