• Friendly, experienced instructors. Fun and clean studio. Classes are on time and have many class styles and choices to choose from. The students there are great! The owners give so much effect to always change, improve and keep us learning. I feel challenged and enjoy the spiritual side as well as the kick butt workout that comes with a good practice.
