Very clear instruction, a dynamic flow and a grounding breathing exercise
Classes for all abilities and a really nice voice - sounds stupid but it matters!
I've had many teachers of yoga and in a similar vein, Pilates, and found Roxanna so patient, honest, clear and helpful. For example, sometimes it's hard when you're in a face - down pose and the teacher's trying to explain how to move to the next thing but you have to stop and look. For the twist class, I was able to remain in pose and move through to the next, with confidence. It was easy to pick my level and yet push myself too.
Really enjoyed doing yoga in my home lovely to see you !
