• I gave that score because I have actually recommended TCOTC to friends! I've been very pleased with the instruction and the affordability. My dog and I both have learned a ton and we will keep attending classes until we run out! The reason I didn't give a 10 is because even when giving a glowing recommendation, I have to warn people a few things. For one thing, on some nights, the location is VERY crowded. It is nearly impossible to get through the main waiting area let alone prevent your dog from interacting. This is after you've had to navigate the steps and the front door. Honestly, the most stressful times are arriving and departing from classes. It sounds like upcoming construction will alleviate some of this but not the congestion inside the facility. It's a positive sign you are so busy as it speaks to the popularity of the training but it just feels cramped sometimes! I also have to caution people about using the MindBody website. Once you sign your dog up for classes, you (owner) can't see your schedule! There's no email sent with a list of dates/times of the classes. Though the TCOTC website advises this info is stored under your dog's MindBody profile, there's no help on how to access that. One email to the TCOTC office resolved this for me but I still have to then log in as my dog to see the class schedule which means remembering two different passwords. I know TCOTC doesn't own MindBody but perhaps better communication about how the system works is in order? Even an email after registration or before class starts that includes the schedule would be a huge help!
