• Paperwork, streamlined, and digital clear expectations expressed. Team of two working during the obedience class to help reduce distractions. The only reason it wasn't a 10 was two of your staff members were gossiping about a third staff member at the desk when I close proximity. I think it's very disrespectful to talk about your peers with an earshot of your customers.

• Our trainer, Chelsea (? I hope that's right, I'm horrible with names) is very understanding and willing to work with Linda's quirks. She makes sure to always keep her language positive and encouraging even when Linda is out of pocket and I'm on the verge of frustration which is so helpful as a way to center my feelings to ensure Linda and I are having a session that is productive.
