• We are excited about using TCOTC's positive reward format. Our instructor and her assistant were very knowledgeable and and did a great job helping us understand our dogs perspective. The only downsides were the many stairs trying to get in and out of the building and the fact that we will lose our room in a few weeks. Right now we are in the Star room and in three weeks we will be out in the rings. I'm concerned about traditional distractions and they have trouble hearing our instructor's voice. On the whole, we're really glad we found TCOTC! Thank you
