• The service was great. Attentive to detail, friendly. I like the open atmosphere, and I enjoyed that you guys are coping well with the late covid issues. There are so many shops who are adopting relatively strict practices which make service awkward, like not being very understanding due to covid exposure type cancellations if they are within 24 hours. I mean I realize the difficulty, of course, and am even willing to pay for half the service cost in close situations due to it, but ultimately that difficulty is shared, it doesn't solely belong to the business it also is experienced by that client. I've had a lot more admiration and respect for those businesses which are using effective coping strategies versus those which seem to be surviving off of a lack of customer satisfaction. E.g. the way you guys rescheduled me twice due to your stylists having exposures is a completely understandable phenomenon these days, and I even didn't make my first appointment due to extended circumstances related to someone I was relying on that day having had an exposure to covid, and as such was late getting a ride (my car was having tires put on). But I got in later despite that, and timely as well, it only took a couple days to reschedule, and the service was great. I couldn't ask for more.
