• Kaitlyn is the best! She is so friendly and easy to talk to and really listens to what I want to do with my cut, asks questions, and checks in with me constantly during the cut. I've been to Twig for appointments with Kaitlyn twice now and have had by far the best haircuts and salon experiences I've ever had and I will absolutely be coming back! I love that there is no pressure to force a high maintenance style on me, such a wonderful experience.
