• Excellent color and cut from Katie. Such a pleasure to have my hair done by her and the products she suggests work for me. She takes the time to get it all just right. I appreciate that. So respectful of me and always starts on time. Chairs at sinks are really uncomfortable for larger person.

• 1. Despite the inclement weather, my stylist did not cancel the appointment (which I thought would happen) 2. After reaching the salon I met the stylist, Liz, who was not just friendly but also gentle throughout and had a customer centric approach at every step of the process. 3. The haircut was a hit amongst friends, family & (for the first time ever) strangers ! 4. I purchased Liz’s recommended texturizer which I haven’t tried yet but confident that it will help me style my hair and hold it for a longer periods of time. Highly recommend and will definitely be there again!
