I felt like your studio was so beautiful and clean, the instructor was good at addressing each individual and altering whatever needed to be adjusted, the class was able to accomodate all ages and abilities and I felt a focus on safety and proper technic. I loved it and can't wait for the next one.
Pilates has been one of the best things I've done for my body. When I miss a session I can definitely tell. I always feel good after my class!
