Excellent instructors, great programs
A great first experience
Because I always walk out of there feeling better than I was when I walked in. The instructors are fantastic and very caring. They listen to you if you have an ache or pain and offer modifications to fit you, the client. I enjoy Pilates and I hope to continue to do it into my senior years. Pilates is accessible for just about anyone. I am no longer bothered by back pain. That is because of Pilates.
