The staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I mentioned to Becky that I was having a particular issue with my body and she was able to help bring me some relief. Knowing her background I knew I was in good hands.
I find the Pilates classes to be tailored to my abilities with my unique health issues in mind plus it's a lot of fun!
All good but need more frequent apparatus cleaning
