Instructors are experience and friendly!
I would recommend the studio to almost everyone. The only deterrent would be price for some individuals I know.
Thoughtful and personalized attention
The quality of both teacher and the pilates movements/exercises is 10/10. In depth explanation of how and why to do the movements. Feedback to students is so valuable and deepens our understanding of the pilates methodology. The experience is “simply the best”!!!
I chose #10 as a rating as there wasn’t a higher number provided!! I love this studio and the staff. I could not imagine my life without pilates. If my pension would all me to attend more than twice a week I would be in a class everyday. I feel energized after each class. My only small issue is that often the studio is too warm.
I always feel great after my Melt and Pilates classes.
