The staff and TSB is great they make class fun and make you feel welcome. You always get a great workout.
The instructor was very friendly, helpful, and informative. She really knew what she was teaching and was great at encouraging those in the class to push and give their best. Other students were also very welcoming and the studio has a friendly, inviting, and motivating atmosphere.
