• Love the classes and coaches. However, I’m very displeased that I tried to redeem my TruPoints on Black Friday and was told they are no longer valid. I was specifically saving them for that day. I am honestly reconsidering my membership. I spend around $10 additional per visit for shoes/water bottle/towel. For my points not to be redeemed is very upsetting. I would like to speak with upper management about this.
