TruFusion is by far, the best work out facilities in the area! I realize it starts at the top; hats off to Liz Steers and Martin Hinton! Brilliant creating an amazing work out #trutribe!!! There is something for everyone; Pilates, cycle, bar, kettlebell, just to name a few. I'd highly recommend Tru Fusion to anyone no matter what there fitness level!

Offers a wide variety of classes which includes different fitness modalities. Would like to see some classes offered more often then they currently are.
