The club is gorgeous, exceptionally clean, well-appointed, the hosts are very cordial and helpful and the instructors are competent, friendly and supportive. Everyone is gracious and willing to help you get started and explain how things work. The heat was a little challenging and I enjoyed it when they turned on the fans for a little relief.

This last class (yin infused) had the roller and the balls. The balls were great and I got a really good workout. It was slow enough for beginners too.
