The ladies that helped me, the initial walk through and the help I got in getting settled was great. I felt I was truly welcomed. The instructor was super motivating. Workout was intense (I needed that), and the energy in the room was out of the mark. The class folks were also nice - felt the team spirit and some even asked how my first class went :-)! Place is very well kept, and the entire experience was very pleasant and inviting.

Love your place - it has a special atmosphere. Everyone is happy , friendly, and your gym is immaculately cleaned. I tell all my friends to check your gym. I appreciate the versatility of the class schedules - truly a life saver for individuals who work around the clock.
