Everyone is friendly and helpful. Facility is nice and clean. I really enjoy my classes with Vera. She is an excellent instructor and I like how she controls the environment...music, lavender and air.

The experience from the second I walked in until I left was nothing but exceptional customer service. The ladies at the front were warm and welcoming, their high energy at 8am is exactly what is needed. Sonrose in class was engaging with all members, provided an impactful workout while doing it all with a smile on her face.
