The people are amazingly welcoming, gracious and full of joy! The gym is squeaky clean and beautiful. I love the boutique feel and that it has many options. And every instructor I've experienced has been super fantastic, skilled, motivating, fun and grounded. I'm finally breaking a sweat in Seattle. I love it! It just feels great to be there.
