• My back has not felt this good in years. I highly recommend you go if you've got back problems. I have two herniated disks and like I said, it's been two days now and my back feels fantastic. Thank you True Rest.

• Visiting a friend in CA (from NC), and friend's coworker recommended True Rest, so we thought we'd try...it was a very relaxing experience in a very calming and friendly environment. I notice that a True Rest location is opening in Charlotte in 2017, about an hour from my home, and I travel to Charlotte often, so I'm looking forward to visiting it later this year!

• I didn't know what to expect and thought an hour would be way too long. It was interesting that my brain seemed to do the exact things that were predicted in the video beforehand. The hour went by nicely. I was never too hot or too cold. Just comfortable. And be prepared for your body detoxing the next day. Great experience, I'll be back.
