• Customer service was excellent, smiles and a friendly, helpful demeanor. My room was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed. I was ecstatic to seethat there is now a chess board there as well, definitely a nice way to have some mental stimulation and fun after a relaxing float. The tea is also fantasticand I appreciate that there aren't any sweeteners added. Overall a great experience and it always has been.
