• The experience itself was true to the description, extremely relaxing. In addition to the graciousness of the young lady who hosted in for this first time experience. We were late. Our scheduled time was 5:30pm they asked for us to get there at 5. We arrived at 5:17pm. She didn't give us the riot act and was patient, warm, and help to star this experience for us. Anothe, side comment is how to logistically get from one's shower/pod to where the lotion, deodorant ext is in the other room? Might want to consider offering comfy robes to discretely move room to room. Thanks again 🙏🏾

• I the customer service was impeccable. After scheduling and needing to reschedule as a courtesy for our first time we were allowed to reschedule for a better day w no reschedule fee. Our first time was great, our representative was very kind and knowledgeable, she explained our process and answered all questions. The experience was relaxing and very welcoming. The ambiance was relaxing As well and seemingly sanitary which was great. I would recommend this spa in the future.
