• I have anxiety pretty bad and can never just be quiet and still. My float was the most amazing experience. I was completely able to relax and shut my noisy brain off and just be still. I will definitely be floating more in the future!!!!!

• I have found the float therapy amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating. I'm amazed at how my muscles are able to relax. I wasn't sure how my body would react as I suffer from peripheral neuropathy but it has been a great help physically as well as the stress relief. I highly recommend it. The staff are also the best!

• True Rest Float Spa is the ultimate in relaxation. You come out of a float refreshed and renewed in spirit and totally at ease in your body. The staff are always super nice and are great for conversation! I'd recommend this to anyone who really wants to get away from the rat race and enjoy some inner peace!!

• I love to float at True Rest for the pain relief and relaxation of my muscles as well as my mind. The staff are wonderfully caring and the facilities are state of the art! I recommend floating for my dermatology patients too because of the beneficial effect it has on the skin to float in such a high concentration of magnesium salts.

• It was the best experience and one I'V never felt before. I'V had back pains for about a year due to car accidents. Theven very first session drastically decreased the pain in my neck and back and relieved my stress level.
