  • Really enjoyed the experience here! True Rest Gilbert has a very chill atmosphere that helped me achieve full relaxation from the time I stepped in the door until the time I left. The room you get with the pod has a very ambient feel and helps with the complete immersion when doing float therapy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
