  • Lisa was very helpful in getting me comfortable with my first float. Showing me how everything works and suggested that I put a towel to keep the pod from closing completely which really helped me to relax because I'm a bit claustrophobic Before my float I had aches and pains throughout my body After my float all my pain has gone away except for the pain in my neck, which I hope will go away this Thursday when I have my second float.
