• It took me a few minutes to get relaxed, but by the time the music was done playing I was in complete zen. Definitely something I would do again, and also recommend to all my friends.

• The floating experience is really hard to put into words, as it is so unique and far from anything I've ever experienced before! After my first float, I experienced the best sleep I've had in years for days afterward. However, it isn't just the floating that I enjoy and that keeps me coming back...It is everything from the very friendly staff, the oasis lounge with delicious tea and awesome time to use the oxygen bar, and an overall feeling of being in a very luxurious spa environment!

• Sure. I've been wanting to try floating for about the past 5 years but just never got around to it. A opportunity came about with True Rest in Elk Grove so I bought one for me and my girl friend. We loved it and it was a truly unique experience. We will for sure be doing it again
