• Very relaxing environment. The video shown before hand gives you a lot of information on what may happen in the capsule during your float which made my anxious mind at ease during my session. The staff was friendly and helpful and the area to relax after the float was very nice too. I was impressed with how clean and beautiful the spa was. I will be back 👍🏼

• I had my first float at True REST Brick last night and I can't tell enough people! I already recommended two friends. The service was incredible, the space was beautiful, inviting and warm and everything you need to have a positive float. As it was my first time, I had a little bit of a hard time settling down in the float but once I did, I really felt the benefit of just being able to truly relax if nothing else. I definitely will be coming back and am looking forward to better and better floats! I have to say that my sleeping that night was great - usually I have some insomnia due to racing thoughts but the float put me in a great mindset!
