Owners/ instructors are AMAZING. Great energy, very welcoming, very patient, and encouraging. I'm confident that I'll be back to my dancer body and health self in no time with these ladies.
Not enough beginner level classes or intro class for someone new. Only reccomend to novice or advanced yogis.
