• Great products, clean and organized environment, friendly/knowledgeable staff. Phuong is amazing at facials and waxing! My only suggestion would be to offer better nail services. Some girlfriends and myself have had manicures in the past that didn't turn out so great. Everything else has been a 10!

• Phoung was amazing: competent, proficient, advisory and all-around wonderful! I've visited many spas around the world...she has the perfect disposition to welcome patrons and a fantastic "bed side manner" to explore what is needed and what guidance to offer. I wish I lived in Bellevue to visit her regularly! BTW: I typically do not participate in these types of surveys as the experiences are usually average...she is unique and a fantastic asset to have!
